Ceramic Mugs
*Your mug or stein will come with the selected image on both sides of the mug.
*Glossy white ceramic mugs are available in 11oz, 15oz, 20oz. The 20oz are FABULOUS!
*Colored interior and handle mugs are 15oz and come in 5 colors! Red, Black, Orange, Yellow & Blue.
*Dishwasher/Microwave Safe

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Choose the number for the clothing color & skin tone.
2. Choose the number for the Hairstyle/color of both people.
3. Add Personalization (Optional)
4. Select Hat or any extras if you would like. Not required.
5. I can add dogs & cats facing away. You can find them on other listings in my shop. (Sorry, I don’t have the picture boxes to add them here.)
We can do most special requests. (Depending on the request, there may be an additional artist fee.)

The drinkware is handcrafted and may have some minimal imperfections.
Color can vary slightly from your monitor, phone or tablet to the actual product due to screen resolution/brightness and natural variances with handmade items.

I will start working on your custom design immediately after receiving your order. You will receive an Etsy message with your design within 24-48 hours for your approval before we complete the order and begin production. If you want to make any changes, just let us know. You are allowed 1 complimentary change per order.

– Any delays with shipping provider are out of our control. If for any reason your order is lost in transit and not showing up in tracking, we will put in a claim after 30 days. This occurs when the PO doesn’t scan the package and it still says “booked” in tracking details. The package will eventually be delivered.
