1. After purchasing your product, message us with your order number and photograph of your choice to continue the order process.

It is very important that you Etsy message me following your purchase with a high quality photo of your pet. Please remember good lighting, clean background and a close forward facing position of your fur baby are important to ensure best results. Take your image outside or by a window to get the best light. Please avoid background distractions, no images with cut off ears or cropped too tight. No images in bright sunlight please.
Take your image of your pet alone and not cropped out of a group photo.

I will start working on your custom design immediately after receiving your order. You will receive an Etsy message with your design within 24-48 hours for your approval before we complete the order and begin production. If you want to make any changes, just let us know. You are allowed 1 complimentary change per order.
