All art is hand drawn and hand painted watercolor designs. All cups are custom designed by me with added personality just for you.
Our custom family ornaments make the perfect gift for family and friends. They will cherish this ornament that was custom made just for them for years to come. It also makes a great gift for yourself!
Our custom design can be added on any of our other products, if you’re interested please message us and we will work something out for you to fit your needs.

2 Sided Ornament Details :
Size 2.75×3.95 Rectangle Decorated Edge Benelux or Berlin, Corners turn inward.
Design is printed on one side in full color with “Christmas 2021” or “Happy Holidays” on the other. You can have design on both sides. The wording can be changed.
Red Satin Ribbon included
Gloss Finish
Ornament is Aluminum or Wood.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Choose the number for the skin tone, body style and clothing color. Male & Female.
2. Choose the number for the Hairstyle/color, Male & Female.
3. Add Personalization (Optional)
4. Santa Hat or toboggan Yes or No please.
5. Please Choose: 1.”Life is Better with Sisters” or 2. “Christmas is my favorite time of the Year”.
Your choice of Borderless, Serape or Leopard

I can do most special requests. Depending on request, there may be an additional design fee.
These ornaments are handcrafted and may have some minimal imperfections.
Color can vary slightly from your monitor, phone or tablet to the actual product due to screen resolution/brightness and natural variances with handmade items.

I will start working on your custom design immediately after receiving your order. You will receive an Etsy message with your design within 24-48 hours for your approval before we complete the order and begin production. If you want to make any changes, just let us know. You are allowed 1 complimentary change per order.

PLEASE NOTE:
– Shipping times provided by Etsy are estimates, not guarantees
– Any delays with shipping provider are out of our control. If for any reason your order is lost in transit and not showing up in tracking, we will put in a claim after 30 days. This occurs when the PO doesn’t scan the package and it still says “booked” in tracking details. The package will eventually be delivered.
