Gorgeous 2- sided Glossy Finish with a gold cord for easy hanging.
The Scalloped Porcelain ornaments are 3×3 inches.
The Snowflake Porcelain ornaments are 3×3 inches.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose the number for the skin tone, Male, Female
2. Select outfit for each person.
3. Choose the number for the Hairstyle/color, Male, Female
4. Choose Cat(s) If you would like to include dogs, Use the dog listing to choose their numbers and place them here.
5. Select accessories, Santa Hat (Optional)

I can do most special requests. Depending on request, there may be an additional design fee.
These ornaments are handcrafted and may have some minimal imperfections.
Color can vary slightly from your monitor, phone or tablet to the actual product due to screen resolution/brightness and natural variances with handmade items.

I will start working on your custom design immediately after receiving your order. You will receive an Etsy message with your design within 24-48 hours for your approval before we complete the order and begin production. If you want to make any changes, just let us know. You are allowed 1 complimentary change per order.

– Shipping times provided by Etsy are estimates, not guarantees
– Any delays with shipping provider are out of our control. If for any reason your order is lost in transit and not showing up in tracking, we will put in a claim after 30 days. This occurs when the PO doesn’t scan the package and it still says “booked” in tracking details. The package will eventually be delivered.
