Porcelain Ornament Details :
The Scalloped Ornaments are 3×3″ with a glossy finish that comes with a gold cord.
The Star Ornament is an amazing size of 3.75×4 inches, it has a glossy finish that comes with a gold cord.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. After ordering your ornament, message us a high quality, 300dpi, well lit image you desire to be featured on your keepsake. Keep in mind, the quality of your image must be clear (not overly pixelated) and NOT cropped tight. I will remove the background for you.

I can do most special requests. Depending on request, there may be an additional design fee.
These ornaments are handcrafted and may have some minimal imperfections.
Color can vary slightly from your monitor, phone or tablet to the actual product due to screen resolution/brightness and natural variances with handmade items.

I will start working on your custom design immediately after receiving your order. You will receive an Etsy message with your design within 24-48 hours for your approval before we complete the order and begin production. If you want to make any changes, just let us know. You are allowed 1 complimentary change per order.

– Any delays with shipping provider are out of our control. If for any reason your order is lost in transit and not showing up in tracking, we will put in a claim after 30 days. This occurs when the PO doesn’t scan the package and it still says “booked” in tracking details. The package will eventually be delivered.
